Exhibit at the 2011 Service Learning Leadership Conference

Exhibiting at the Service-Learning Leadership Institute is an exciting and effective way to showcase your organization, product, or project to a statewide community of between 150 - 200 educators, administrators, afterschool staff, program coordinators, community organizations, and more. Conference attendees represent all aspects of today's education and service-learning community. They are interested in the latest tools and techniques for enhancing educational programming in K-12, higher education, and community-based settings. Many will come with the intent to expand their resources and knowledge in the areas of service learning, youth leadership, volunteerism, and civic service, making for a varied and energetic audience to your exhibit.    


Exhibit in the Event Hall

All exhibitors will set up in the Event Hall. The Event Hall is the centerpiece to the conference, and acts as the hub of all conference activity. All events, including meals, keynote and plenary sessions, but excluding breakout sessions, will take place here. This provides our conference exhibitors with constant traffic and exposure to all who attend.

Getting Out Your Information 

If you are not able to exhibit at the conference, but would still like to take advantage of the large and engaged group of attendees, we welcome you to display information about your organization, service project, or business at our service-learning information station. Information will be available here for all attendees to pick-up throughout the conference.

*Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference.  Once payment is received there will be a $30 non-refundable administration fee. Cancellation or request for refund must be submitted by February 3rd, no refunds will be issued beyond this date.

All applications must be received by December 17, 2010 (payments must within 30 days of notification of acceptance). Applicants will receive notification by early January if their exhibit booth has been selected as a candidate. Space in the exhibit hall is limited and availability is based on a first come first serve policy. Exhibit booths will fill up fast so sign up today!
