Register to Participate in the 2011 Service-Learning Leadership Institute

Congratulations in committing to expand your service-learning knowledge and resources by registering for the Service-Learning Leadership Institute.  The Institute is February 7th – 9th 2011 at NTC Promenade in San Diego, California.  Online registration will be open until February 2nd after which registration will be available on-site.

Please note the registration process is a TWO part process:
1) Submit your on-line registration form in registering for the Institute. REGISTRATION ONLY AVAILABLE ON-SITE
2) Make your payment.  To ensure you receive discounted rates for registering early, you MUST have your payment or P.O. received by due date (see below).
Excel Youth Zone will confirm your registratoin once we receive one of the following: 
•    On-line fee payment
•    Check for the registration fee made payable to Excel Youth Zone
•    For school districts and county offices only, a Purchase Order for the registration fee.

*Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, situations arise prohibiting the attendance of registrants at the conference.  Cancellation or request for refund must be submitted by February 3rd, no refunds will be issued beyond this date.  Refunds will be issued within 60 days of your request.  Once payment is received there will be a $30 non-refundable administration fee.  If you have any questions or concerns please e-mail sleducators@excelyouthzone.org or call 619-599-8205 ext. 2

*Transfer Registration to Another Person

CalServe grantees please note!
Developmental and Sustainable Partnerships are required to register five (5)for the full conference.  Regional Leads are required to register two (2) for the full conference.
